External Cooperation Intern (Based in Beijing)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily progress release, financial approval, and donor maintenance on Internet public welfare platforms.
- Assist the foundation in carrying out fundraising and thank – you activities, including activity planning, research and analysis, copywriting writing, execution, and dissemination.
- As fresh blood, provide new perspectives and suggestions, bringing a more youthful and innovative spirit to the team and the organization.
- Actively participate in training activities and strive to master the required skills and knowledge, such as fundraising ethics, Internet fundraising, monthly donation, etc.
Qualifications:
- Recognize Sunshine Charity’s value concepts and service purposes, and be willing to devote to the public welfare industry.
- Undergraduate students in their third or fourth year or postgraduate students are preferred, and those with in – depth participation in public welfare activities, practical experience on social media platforms, or a medical professional background are preferred.
- Be proficient in commonly used office software, be good at learning new tools and skills, and it would be a plus to know PS.
- Be good at thinking and resource integration, have strong activity organization and on – site execution abilities, and be good at communication and coordination.
- Those with new media operation experience are preferred, be proficient in using WeChat official account typesetting tools and picture – making, video – making, and other editing software, and have certain video editing, picture processing, and photography and videography skills.
- Be conscientious and responsible at work and have a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation.
Hospital School Intern (Based in Suzhou, Kunming, Zhengzhou)
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve children with long – term serious illnesses hospitalized in the hospital, and carry out daily activities and courses.
- Conduct interviews with patients and parents through communication, etc., and complete needs assessments.
- Recruit volunteers, train them, and conduct evaluations.
- Communicate with the hospital, maintain good relationships with the hospital’s medical team.
- Complete the foundation’s daily administrative work, cooperate with the foundation to collect and analyze data at the project sites.
Qualifications:
- Identify with the foundation’s purpose, mission, and values.
- Like children, have experience interacting with children, and identify with the significance of the hospital school project.
- Be proactive, responsible, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Have excellent written and oral expression abilities.
- Be good at expanding and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
- Those with experience in early childhood education, social work, psychological counseling are preferred, and work experience is not limited.
