     ⑧ A screenshot of the “My Donations” record in the “Personal Center” (the screenshot should contain the order number information).

2. ​​Donation Receipt Delivery Method​​: The donation receipt will be sent to your email in electronic form.
3. ​​Notes for Donation Receipt Application​​:
   • A. Once a donation receipt is issued, it cannot be re – issued unless due to reasons attributable to our foundation. Please carefully check the receipt information.
   • B. The application should be submitted before December of the donation year. Applications across years will not be processed. (Considering factors such as labor costs and funds, it is recommended to apply for a cumulative receipt on an annual basis.)
